PC Tube / Polycarbonate Tube

Factory-direct polycarbonate (PC) tubes — transparent, impact-resistant plastic tubes for fluid level indication, sight glass applications, and industrial fluid handling where lightweight and shatter-resistance are priorities. An excellent alternative to glass in low-pressure, low-temperature environments. Custom lengths, diameters, and OEM orders welcome.

  • Max. operating temperature: Up to 120°C
  • Max. operating pressure: Up to 6 bar (depending on OD and wall thickness)
  • Impact resistance: ~250x stronger than glass — safe in high-vibration environments
  • Light transmission: ~88% — excellent clarity for fluid level reading
  • Chemical resistance: Good resistance to water, oils, and mild acids; not suitable for strong solvents (acetone, benzene)
  • Standard OD: 10mm to 100mm — custom available
  • Standard length: 100mm to 2000mm — cut to length on request
