Graphite Gasket & Sealing Paper for Sight Glass Applications

Our graphite sealing products are specifically designed for use in sight glass assemblies, level gauges, and industrial process equipment where reliable, high-temperature sealing is critical. Manufactured from flexible graphite (expanded graphite), they provide excellent conformability and long-term sealing performance.

Key Properties

• Temperature resistance: -200°C to +550°C (oxidising), up to 3000°C (inert atmosphere)
• Excellent chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, and steam
• Low creep relaxation — maintains sealing force over time
• Conforms to irregular or rough flange surfaces
• Available in standard thicknesses: 0.5mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm
• Purity: >98% carbon graphite
